Our United Kingdom and Ireland based engineers and support technicans are on call to assist you with any issue you may have from new application set ups to annual service contracts and onsite repair.

Preventive Maintenance, Calibration and Verification ( Service )

Preventive Maintenance, Calibration and Verification (Service) and easy to access parts are vital to an organisation that needs to keep production moving consistantly.

Quality checks form an important part of the production process and our instruments and solutions are used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We provide support packages that will see your Instrument/solution quickly put back into working order in the case of break down.

Re-Installation and Qualifying

When you need to re-locate an instrument/solution or an entire laboratory/factory our trained, experienced engineers are on call to not only safely pack and transport your equipment but we are able to re-commission and carry out the necessary requirements to putting the area back into working order.

Application Consultancy

A core succsess to our business is having the ability to supply solutions to our customers problems. This ability has made us stand out from our competition for many years.

We can fit in at any stage of the project or process and provide not only ideas and advice but also the tools to correct and/or improve the application.

Analytical services

At Think Stothard as well as being a distributor of colour and appearance instruments, software and accessories we also offer an in house lab testing service.

This is ideal for organisations that do not have the immediate need or budget to purchase their own instrument.

Tests are carried out on a range of instruments in our own lab in Leicestershire, United Kingdom. Each test is performed on a instrument relevant to your application and if you wish you can specify a particular geometry and/or build.

After an inital set up cost to cover custom designing your method, reports and building your database you will then be able to come back to us as often as you like at small cost per sample.
